3 key elements of the Safetrak system can be customised to your requirements:

As well as customising the status tagging systems, a choice of different electronic chips are available to embed within them, to suit different environments. These vary by technology (Radio Frequency Identification / barcode / serial number), size, ruggedness and attachment to the tagging system.

The equipment management modules (e.g. ladders, lifting equipment) can be adapted to account for your specific:

  • Checklists and workflow for completing on the handheld devices e.g. inspection, maintenance, booking in/out procedures 
  • The information stored about each piece of equipment
  • Frequency of tasks & work schedules and the allocation of this work
  • Reporting requirements

Individual inspection modules are already available for the most common equipment and issues. These can be adapted to your requirements. Or, if you have a unique issue or rarer item of equipment not currently covered by the Safetrak range, a brand new module can be developed.
