Opening an account is simple. Send us your order making sure that your company registration number is clearly identified. Our accounts team then run a credit check and all being well an account will be opened the same day. Please be aware that if payment isn't made in accordance to the Scafftag Standard terms and conditions the account will be terminated.
You will need to obtain a Price list from Scafftag's Customer Services team (please see Contact Us section) providing order references and prices. Alternatively, you can download an Order codes list and quotation request form from any of the product pages of our website. As standard a written order confirmation is required. Your order should clearly identify - your invoice address, delivery address (if different to that of invoice address), contact name and telephone number, your order requirements (including carriage charge), plus any special delivery instructions.
Scafftag accept most major credit cards including the following - Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch.
Yes – boxes of holders only are available. Standard replacement inserts are available in packs of 50. To find out more, please go to the Products section of the website and click on Order / Request a sample or contact our Customer Services team.
Delivery times for standard products (stocks permitting) is 2 working days of receipt of order. For custom designed products, delivery will take place approximately 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of official purchase order and approved artwork.
Standard discounts available on standard products 5% discount when purchasing 50 boxes complete or more 7.5% discount when purchasing 75 boxes complete or more 10% discount when purchasing 100 boxes complete of more A discount is also available if paying pro-forma - 5% (this does not include credit card payments and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount) Please contact us for quotes based on larger order volumes.
Standard terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice, unless previously agreed in writing by an officer of the company.
Yes, holders and inserts can be purchased separately, but it is more cost effective to purchase them together.
Inserts should not be cleaned and reused. The Scafftag range has been carefully designed to ensure persons using the equipment can clearly identify inspections. By using the permanent ink pen, inserts can be used in a court of law to support your written records. If cleaned and rewritten the information is no longer credible.
Carriage is charged at £7.00 per parcel. As a guideline a maximum of 25kg per parcel.
